To my loving Church Family, 

On this date July 23, 2009 I celebrate 3 years as pastor of Bethel.  Thank you for a wonderful 3 years! I am honored and humbled to be your pastor and I can not thank you enough for showing such love and compassion to my family.  I look forward to serving as your pastor for many more years to come.  As you know this Saturday I will lead our youth to be on mission for Christ in Jacksonville, Florida and there is no better way to celebrate my 3 years than to be on mission for Jesus!

Church being a CHURCH!

Martha Stroud Vaughan experience tonight at her church! A MUST READ!

Worship rehearsal was truly rehearsal for eternity. 125+ choir members went to sing in the yard of a precious member for whom hospice has been called in. She was able to be out on the porch where we sang some worship songs and prayed with her. It was a sweet and awesome time. All accapella and the harmonies were lifting to the heavens under the canopy of wet glistening trees. What a wonderful blessing.

Wow, that wz an incredible God story! A Church truly being a CHURCH! Thank you for sharing Aunt Martha!
